NorthStar Sports is an Athlete Training Facility located in Dutchess County NY. From beginning levels to professional athletes NorthStar Sports provides nationally certified training programs for all ages that focus on speed development, core strength, agility, power and sport specific skills.
NorthStar Sports 7,200 square foot state of the art facility is open year round allowing for pre-season, in-season and post season training for all sports.
