FAQ

How do I get started?

Call to schedule an assessment (845-462-2434). This is free and there is no obligation. We will assess your strengths and weaknesses, speed, agility, jumping, core strength, endurance, coordination and more.  After the assessment, we will discuss scheduling and package options. Based on the assessment, our Director of Training will develop a program that is designed to work on improving your athletic ability based on what we’ve found during the assessment.

What are your hours?

Sessions run Monday through Friday 8:30am- 11:30am and 1pm- 8pm.  The office is open Monday through Friday  1pm – 8pm. Saturdays are available by special appointment. All afternoon sessions start on the hour. Morning sessions run at 8:30am, 9:30am & 10:30am.  During the summer our hours may vary depending on scheduling demand.

How many people will I be training with?

If you purchase any of our packages (besides the team rate) you could be training with as many as 3 other athletes during the hour. We schedule athletes based on age, ability and sport.

How many trainers will I work with?

You will always work with at least one trainer for the entire hour. If the group is larger than 5, there will be two trainers assigned to that group.

What is the team rate?

The team rate is designed to give groups of athletes (usually on the same team and around the same age) an economical way to train. The cost is significantly cheaper than a traditional session. 2x per week for 8 weeks is $250 per person. 3x per week for 8 weeks is $350 per person. 2x per week for 12 weeks is $350 per person.

What are the requirements for receiving the team rate?

The group must be 5 or more individuals and they must all come together on a fixed schedule. There are no make-ups and payment is required up front.

How do I schedule appointments once I sign up for a package?

We like to set a standing schedule that is consistent week to week. All of our appointments are on a first come first serve basis. We try to work with you as best as we can to give you the times you are looking for. Sometimes it takes a few weeks for that to happen. If you need to have a fluctuating schedule, that is ok, you just need to make sure you check in with the front desk to make sure you are in the schedule on a weekly basis.

Can I reschedule sessions?

Yes, (except for team rate groups) all sessions can be rescheduled as long as 24 hour notice is given. Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this rule.

Will I always be with the same trainer?

Your program will always be designed by our Director of Training, Jerry North, but you will work with all of our trainers throughout your training program. We do this to ensure variety in your program and allow each trainer to work with you in their area of expertise to provide versatile training techniques and maximize your performance.

How early should I get there?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time so that you are ready to go promptly on the hour. Athletes arriving late disrupt the flow of the warm-up. The warm-up is crucial to achieving gains in our program and in your performance. Thank you for your cooperation!
