NorthStar Sports is now offering supplements, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants to aid in training and recovery. If you are interested in learning what supplements may be beneficial for you, please click on the link Supplements/Nutri-Physical on the right hand column. Register with your name on the web portal and then take the Nutri-physical. This will provide supplement suggestions based on your answers to the questionnaire.
