We hope that you will find our training techniques will revolutionize the way you and your kids train for sports and life forever!
Our training techniques are most likely very different from anything you have seen before. In order to improve sports performance we start from a base level of athleticism. What this means is we make your athlete core strong, balanced left to right, front to back and top to bottom. We teach them coordination with their arms and legs (the only true way to increase speed!). We teach them a very thorough understanding of their body’s range of motion in all planes, most importantly their hips, shoulders, core and ankles.
Once they have achieved balance throughout their body, we progress to increasing strength and stamina. From their we move on and begin teaching them how to generate power in an athletic capacity. In other words we translate their performance to the game. We teach them how to make their movements on the field, court etc., quicker and more explosive.
This progress can be very quick for some and for others it can be a slow process. Be patient with your athlete, everyone is different. Many factors influence how quickly they progress through their programs. We will not move forward if any major muscle imbalances remain or there are any issues we as trainers feel will prevent the athlete from making safe and permanent gains in performance.
