Our unique training system is likely to be different from anything you have experienced before. We hope that you will find our techniques will forever revolutionize the way you train.

In order to improve sports performance we start from a base level of athleticism. We then focus on strengthening your core, balancing it left to right, front to back and top to bottom. We will teach you to coordinate your arms with your legs and provide you with a thorough understanding of your body’s range of motion in all planes, with emphasis on your hips, shoulders, core and ankles.

Once you have achieved balance throughout their body, the next step is to increase  strength and stamina. From there we teach you how to generate power in an athletic capacity, transferring your training performance to the game. No matter what type of arena you compete in, you will learn how to make your movements quicker and more explosive.

Progress is different for each athlete. Some advance faster than others, so be patient because there are many factors that influence how quickly one progresses through a program. We will not move forward if imbalances exist in any major muscle group or if we have concerns about an athlete making safe and permanent gains in performance.
