Training Programs
Speed Training: Use of treadmill work, harnesses, sleds and “mat pushes” to improve speed, acceleration, stride length and frequency, proper form, game speed transitions and recovery time.
Core Training: Progressive program to build strength and endurance of core musculature, enhancing foundation of functional strength and stability in athletic performance.
Plyometrics: Agility training utilizing Vertimax and custom made plyometric floor to reduce stress and increase repetitions, agility ladders, steps, hurdles and more to ensure quick reaction time and power needed for sports participation.
Resistance Training: Strength training program based on principles of Olympic style lifting techniques used to build stability, increase and maintain strength and develop game specific power.
Sports Specific: Our trainers will develop a program tailored to meet the needs of any sport, in order to enhance the knowledge of the game, fundamental skills and game performance.
Every package encompasses warm-up technique, flexibility training, mental preparation and nutritional guidelines.
