Our Performance Fundamentals Packages provide the foundation for athletic movement and enhanced performance. These sessions are designed to improve all components of athletic performance. Meaning, these packages are not limited to the generic titles of speed training, strength training, plyometric, resistance or sport specific training.
These packages are designed to draw out the competitive nature in you, as an athlete, by creating the NorthStar Sports experience in a small-group training atmosphere, where you can feed off of the energy and competitive fire of the other members of your group. You will be matched with athletes with similar goals, athletic ability and progression through the NorthStar program.
