All sessions are flexible, meaning schedule can fluctuate if needed, make-ups are allowed provided there is at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations.
Performance Specific Private Sessions:

Can be added to initial package purchase or anytime after the initial purchase.
Open Gym Privileges:
$30 per month- Use of the NSS Facility for your own workouts, outside of regular training sessions.
**Only available to athletes that have completed 40 or more Performance Fundamental sessions
$50 per month- Use of the NSS Facility for your own workouts with a written workout program and tracking sheet for the month designed by a NorthStar Trainer.

Custom Nike TEAM gear is available through the NorthStar Sports TEAM account.

Athlete Complete Regeneration Vitamin Package:
Includes multi-vitamin to fill in gaps in nutrition, calcium to promote muscle and bone function and antioxidants to recover from inevitable stress of training hard for your performance gains!
